If you are looking for a mental health practitioner:

• Use the Find A Match feature to find the practitioner best suited to meet your mental healthcare needs. Mental health provider registration on PTOP is voluntary. Therefore, the information you find on PTOP may not include all providers practicing in your area.
• Currently, PTOPHELP lists the professional information of 682 mental health practitioners and 543 practices.
• Please invite mental health practitioners you know to register on PTOPHELP. It's free!

We are registering providers who treat patients and are licensed or certified by, or registered with the State of Vermont (the Vermont Secretary of State, Board of Medical Practice or Vermont Department of Health) in the disciplines of psychiatry, psychology, marital and family therapy, advanced practice nursing with mental health or substance abuse treatment, clinical mental health counseling, social work, psychotherapy, school counseling and substance abuse treatment.
